Rourkela Round Table 194 under initiative RTI connect, felicitated some important dignitaries of Rourkela during a Hockey Exhibition match for men and women between SAIL Hockey Academy & ODISHA Panposh Sports Hostel. The dignitaries for the event include RSP DIC, ADM, S.P. Rourkela, IDCO Rourkela Divisional Head, Olympians Mr.Larjus Lakra & Mr.Birendra Lakra and India Hockey player Shilanand Lakra.
